The General Partner manages the Reciprocal program as reciprocal use constitutes a distribution to you as a Limited Partner. Of the current 34 Marriott Brands, only The Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, Renaissance Hotels and Marriott Hotels and Resorts brands are currently eligible for reciprocal exchange use by Co-Owners. The current list of reciprocal properties is available by clicking the link on the right side of this page. This link is provided by Marriott on a semi-annual basis.  With over 9000 properties worldwide, there are regular changes to the reciprocal list because of new hotel openings, hotel rebrandings, hotel management changes, and hotel closings.  The best source of current reciprocal properties is the Marriott Bonvoy system where you can explore the brands, search for reservations just using the reciprocal brands, and read about new and upcoming properties.

In addition, an updated Rate List is also available. To estimate the number of days you will be charged for a future stay, we provide the schedule of rates which are used to calculate the number of days your unit is charged when using vacation time at a reciprocal property.  For example, if you pay a rate of $320 at a reciprocal property and the rate in effect for your unit at CBI is $400, your unit would be charged 0.8 CBI nights for that reciprocal night's stay.

Making Reservations
Camelback Inn Co-Owners are entitled to reimbursement for paid stays at any full service Marriott Hotels and Resorts, JW Marriott, Renaissance, or Ritz-Carlton property. To make reservations, either book on line at www.marriott.com, call the Titanium Reservations telephone number 800-399-4229, or contact the property you plan to visit. DO NOT USE A THIRD-PARTY BOOKING SITE OR TRAVEL AGENT. Remember that only four brands are eligible for the reciprocal program -- full-service Marriott hotels, JW Marriott, Renaissance, and Ritz Carlton.  Also, please remember that CBI is NOT a reciprocal property.

Receiving Your Reimbursement Check
To receive your reciprocal exchange nights reimbursement, submit a copy of your final Marriott Folio, with a zero balance, to Great Lakes Fund Solutions, Inc. (GLFSI).  The reciprocal program reimburses for Room Rate only. It does not reimburse for destination fees, resort fees, taxes, or any other room charges. An $18/night housekeeping fee is deducted from your reimbursement.  Checks are processed semi-monthly and are only issued to the Limited Partner of record for your unit.

The best way to submit your Folio is as an attachment to an email to GLFSI.  Make sure to note in your email the name and unit number to be charged for reciprocal use.
