Paper Ballots

Paper ballots can be emailed to Jess Tanner at jess.tanner@camelbackowners.com.

Notice to Units owned by more than one owner (whether by co-tenants, joint tenants, or spouses as community property):

In the event that only one of the multiple owners of a Unit have voted by the ballot deadline, such owner shall be entitled to cast all votes allocated to that Unit. See A.R.S. 33-1250(A). In the event that more than one of the multiple owners of a Unit have voted by the ballot deadline, each voting owner may only vote their own individual respective percentage ownership interest. See Section 9 of the current Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. For example, assume that Owners A, B, C, and D each own a 25% interest in a Unit with a total CEPI allocation of 20.00. If only Owner A were to cast a vote by the ballot deadline, then all 20.00 CEPI would be allocated towards Owner A’s vote. If only Owners A, B, and C were to cast a vote by the ballot deadline, then 5.00 CEPI would be allocated to Owner A’s vote, 5.00 CEPI would be allocated to Owner B’s vote, and 5.00 CEPI would be allocated to Owner C’s vote.
